Everything was absolutely perfect, all the staff is very attentive, breakfast amazing, location and great view.
If you want to see how kind the people of Jordan are, I recommend that you come to this hotel. The staff is truly very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy. The waiter Muneer is very kind and pleasant, a true professional in his job.
Staff is amazing. The hotel is great. Little nice surprises from the staff make this the best hotel in Petra. We have been to over 60 countries and whilst you can stay at high end 5 star hotels, this hotel can't be beat on the staff.
The hotel personnel were extremely accomodative and courteous.
